- Oversee vendor software development of consumer electronic products
- Evaluate vendors’ software deliverables against requirements specifications & identify software bugs
- Fix technical problems and software bugs with vendors to keep projects on schedule
- Work with supervisor to define software requirements specifications
- Support new product development such as feasibility study and vendor technical discussions
- Conduct onsite visits to overseas vendors as required for technical discussions, software quality reviews and project coordination

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Experience in defining software test cases and evaluating software quality & overseeing software project development involving different software vendors
- Experience in defining software requirements specifications/development of consumer electronic products (embedded MCUs/SoCs, embedded Linux/RTOS or mobile applications) is an advantage
- Equip with programming skills (e.g., C/C++, Python)
- Able to review vendor source code and effectively document and present technical findings
- Able to understand electronic schematic circuit and printed circuit board
- Good systematic, analytical, creative mindset for problem solving
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Fluency in Japanese is an advantage

- Scientific calculator product planning for worldwide market
- Develop and deliver training materials, tutorials and demos for effective calculator use
- Promote new scientific calculator models worldwide by visiting local school, association and marketing activities
- Attend events on mathematics field to understand market needs
- Gather user feedback and help customize solutions for specific scientific or educational needs

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematical, Engineering or related field

- Hands-on experience with scientific or technical equipment is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of advanced mathematics and scientific calculator functions
- Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in troubleshooting, training or customer support related to calculator functions is a big plus
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Creative mind and proactive
- Excellent communication, organizational, attention-to-detail skills and be able to meet tight deadlines
