Product Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Scientific Calculator product planning for worldwide market

- Develop and deliver training materials, tutorials and demos for effective calculator use

- Promote new scientific calculator models worldwide by visiting local school, association and marketing activities

- Attend activities on mathematics field to understand market needs

- Gather user feedback and help customize solutions for specific scientific or educational needs

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematical, Engineering or related field preferred

- 3 years or above of hands-on experience with scientific or technical equipment is preferrable

- New graduates with strong interest in this position will also be considered

- Strong knowledge of advanced mathematics and scientific calculator functions

- Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills

- Experience in troubleshooting, training or customer support related to calculator functions is a big plus

- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Creative mind and proactive

- Excellent communication, organizational, attention-to-detail skills and be able to meet tight deadlines
