- Supplier Quality Management

- Vendors’ QMS and Green Procurement system follow up

- Vendors’ product chemical substances management follow up

- Product MT / MP / Shipment production verification

- Market claim reply follow up

- Perform ad-hoc duties when required

- Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering is a must

- Relevant working experience in manufacturing field is an advantage; Fresh graduate is also welcomed

- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Mandarin

- Good presentation skill and good report writing skill

- PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Power point

- Overseas business trip might be required (Mainly China and Southeast Asia)

- Aggressive, self-motivated, responsible, co-operative and able to work under pressure

- Procurement Management for mass production released product, monthly "Production Request" to each vendor

- Cost negotiation with factory for existing product or special deal

- Inventory (Warehouse & Factory production line) disposal & devaluation management

- Monthly parts "Production Request" to suppliers to ensure on time material delivery to OEM factory

- Recycle material usage control

- Monthly report preparation for slow and dead moving stock

- Perform ad-hoc duties as required

- Secondary school graduate or above

- 3 years or above working experiences preferably in Production Control

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel & Word

- Experience in ERP system

- Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Chinese and English

- Good communication skills and negotiation skills with vendors

- Able to work independently

- Pleasant personality, detail-minded, responsible and co-operative

- Oversee vendor software development of our consumer electronic products

- Evaluate vendors’ software deliverables fulfilling our software requirements specification & identifying software bugs

- Work with Supervisor to define software requirements specification

- Handle feasibility study of new development

- High Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines or above

- Experience in defining software test cases and evaluating software quality

- Experience in overseeing software project development involving different software vendors

- Having experience in defining software requirements specification is an advantage

- Having experience in software development of consumer electronic products, such as 8-bit/16-bit/32-bit embedded MCUs, is an advantage

- Having experience in mobile application development is an advantage

- Good systematic, analytical, creative mindset for problem solving

- Able to work independently and under pressure, motivate vendors to complete projects in a limited time frame

- Able to understand electronic schematic circuit and printed circuit board

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Fluent in Japanese is an advantage
