Product Planning Executive
Responsibilities

- Scientific Calculator product planning for worldwide market

- Develop and deliver training materials, tutorials, and demos for effective calculator use

- Promote new scientific calculator models worldwide by visiting local school, association, and marketing activities

- Attend activities on mathematics field to understand market needs

- Gather user feedback and help customize solutions for specific scientific or educational needs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical, Engineering, or related field preferred

- 3 years or above of hands-on experience with scientific or technical equipment

- Strong knowledge of advanced mathematics and scientific calculator functions

- Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills

- Experience in troubleshooting, training, or customer support related to calculator functions is a plus

- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Creative mind and Proactive

- Excellent communication, organizational, attention-to-detail skills and be able to meet tight deadlines

- Often business trip might be required

- Coordinate product concept, product selection and specifications, and design follow-up

- Support product development process in terms of time, cost and quality standard

- Support packaging structure concept planning and manual creation

- Communicate with customers and suppliers to follow up the product development from design to production

- Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion

- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics for delivery

Requirements

- Degree holder in Engineering or Marketing preferably or equivalent

- 2 years or above working experiences in merchandising role

Responsibilities

- Build and sustain strong relationships with sales companies and distributors

- Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets

- Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates while coordinating sales and marketing activities

- Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution

- Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business proposals/presentations

- Conduct market research and analysis

- Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development

- Perform administrative duties as needed

- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

- 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support (experience in electronic devices is an advantage)

- Experience in handling the Asia market (highly preferred)

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Word and PowerPoint)

- Supplier Quality Management

- Vendors’ QMS and Green Procurement system follow up

- Vendors’ product chemical substances management follow up

- Product MT / MP / Shipment production verification

- Market claim reply follow up

- Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering is a must

- Relevant working experience in manufacturing field is an advantage; Fresh graduate is also welcomed

- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Mandarin

- Good presentation skill and good report writing skill

- PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Power point

- Overseas business trip might be required (Mainly China and Southeast Asia)

- Aggressive, self-motivated, responsible, co-operative and able to work under pressure
